Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has handled a large team & knowledge of entire Bangladesh market for relevant channels;
∎ To develop relationship with existing and new customer in order to maintain and grow the business;
∎ To focus and target various market require additional sales force;
∎ Create new account, procure new product/commodity business and achieve sales target;
∎ Understand products / commodities as per market and target customer base;
∎ Develops and implements the annual sales plan. This includes analyzing the market, discussing and agreeing quantities to be sold and the approaches to be used to sell products in the market. Implements these on a monthly and weekly basis, checking daily figures. Provides approvals on prices, discounts and incentives to be offered to customers. Implement companywide promotional or sales initiatives across the assigned region;
∎ Produce management report on market situation, intelligence and analyses.

∎ 15 years practical experience in Sales & Marketing in Manufacturing, while 2-3 years in the same position as Head of Sales;
