Job Context

A leading and fast-growing manufacturing company in the plastics and flexible packaging industry is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead its national sales operations. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple channels. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure sustainable business growth in a competitive market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the nationwide sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

  • Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution networks, and strengthen channel partnerships.

  • Drive business development initiatives to penetrate new segments and increase market share.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and corporate partners.

  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.

  • Ensure effective pricing strategies and profitability management across product lines.

  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and strategic partnerships.

  • Establish and enforce sales policies, processes, and compliance standards.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the sales function.
