Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure monthly and periodical sales achievement according to market demand and timely credit recovery within the lead time
∎ To ensure new distributors/Channel partner/ retailer / dealers within lead time
∎ To monitor, evaluate and supervise the regular activities of subordinates and guide them properly to achieve the sales target.
∎ To design, implement and facilitate annual marketing campaigns
∎ To manage personnel and develops sales and marketing support staff
∎ To evaluate all team member's performance and conducts to build more effective communication to understand training and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance
∎ To educate the sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the area of new account sales and growth
∎ To forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams accurately
∎ To ensure cost-saving measure implementation
