Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
•Identify new retail opportunities and distribution channels to expand market reach.
•Formulate and manage trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
•Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and identify new growth areas.
Sales Operations & Management:
•Oversee the entire retail sales operation, from distributor management to point-of-sale execution.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
•Ensure optimal product placement, inventory levels, and brand visibility at the retail level.
•Monitor competitor activities and market share to stay competitive.
Team Leadership & Development:
•Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of retail sales managers, supervisors, and field representatives.
•Set clear performance targets for the team and provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
•Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and excellent customer service.
Collaboration:
•Work closely with the marketing team to ensure retail campaigns are aligned with overall brand strategy.
•Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to retail outlets.
•Provide feedback from the retail market to the product and R&D teams for new product development and improvement.

•Experience in the paper/packaging industry is highly desirable.

•Must be willing to undertake frequent travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
