Job Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
•Develop and own the overall brand strategy, brand identity, and brand guidelines for Jamuna Paper Business and its product portfolio.
•Conduct in-depth market research and brand audits to understand consumer perceptions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
•Define the brand's unique value proposition, target audience, and key messaging.
•Monitor brand health and performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand equity) and develop strategies to improve them.
Creative Direction & Execution:
•Lead the creative team in developing high-impact campaigns and marketing materials across all channels (digital, print, OOH, BTL, etc.).
•Oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of all creative assets, including product packaging, advertising, social media content, and corporate presentations.
•Ensure all creative output is on-brand, consistent, and of the highest quality.
•Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers.
Marketing & Communications:
•Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling product launch campaigns and promotional materials.
•Plan and execute a cohesive communications strategy, managing the brand's presence on digital platforms, social media, and traditional media.
•Act as the brand's guardian, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect the brand's voice and values.
•Oversee public relations and corporate communications to enhance the company's reputation.
Team Leadership & Development:
•Build, mentor, and manage a team of brand managers, graphic designers, content creators, and other creative professionals.
•Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
•Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide opportunities for professional growth.
Budget Management & Reporting:
•Manage the brand and creative budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
•Prepare and present detailed reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to the senior leadership team.
