Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

•Develop and implement the strategic sales plan for the corporate sector, including market analysis, target identification, and goal setting.

•Identify new business opportunities and key growth areas for the paper and packaging products.

•Formulate pricing strategies and negotiation frameworks for corporate clients in collaboration with the finance and marketing departments.

Sales Execution & Management:

•Lead the entire corporate sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.

•Manage and nurture key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for major accounts.

•Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to understand customer needs and market trends.

•Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.

Team Leadership & Development:

•Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of corporate sales managers and executives.

•Set individual and team performance goals and provide continuous coaching and feedback.

•Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration:

•Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.

•Collaborate closely with the production, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

•Work with the marketing department to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the corporate segment.

Skills & Expertise:

•Industry Experience: Experience in the paper industry is a significant advantage.

•Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.

•Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.

•Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior negotiation and presentation abilities.

•Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.

•Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client issues and market challenges.
