Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Masters of Business Administration(MBA) preferably in Accounting or Finance
Professional certification such as CA, CFA is preferred.
For candidates with foreign degrees, an equivalence certificate issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh is mandatory. 3rd class/division or equivalent CGPA in any level of academic exams need not to apply.

Minimum 10 years of Capital Market experience, including at least 03 years in leadership roles.
Sound knowledge on overall Capital market operations, financial Statements, Internal control & compliance policies of the Capital Market industry of Bangladesh.
