Job Context

NewVision Solutions Limited, an International Organization with operational excellence in Bangladesh & Japan, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Research & Advisory Division.

The role demands strategic leadership in business development, client management, and project execution, with a strong focus on driving growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will blend analytical expertise with business acumen to position NewVision as a trusted advisory partner in Bangladesh and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1 - Business Development – 50%

• Client Acquisition & Growth (20%): Identify new local and international clients; build strategic partnerships.

• Proposal & Pitch Development (15%): Lead preparation of high-quality proposals/pitches; ensure competitive positioning.

• Thought Leadership & Market Positioning (10%): Publish reports/articles; represent the organization in industry events.

• Revenue & Pipeline Management (5%): Track revenue targets; align business development with organizational goals.

2 - Strategic Leadership & Team Development – 20%

• Define strategic roadmaps aligned with evolving markets.

• Mentor, train, and motivate high-performing teams.

• Encourage methodological innovation with advanced analytics tools.

• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

3 - Project & Client Management – 20%

• Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring client satisfaction.

• Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely reporting and high-quality outputs.

4 - Operational Excellence – 10%

• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.

• Ensure strong internal processes and workflow optimization.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Education

• MBA from IBA, DU, or

• Master's in Economics, Statistics, or

• Related fields from reputed Public/Private Universities

Experience

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in relevant fields.

• Expertise in value chain analysis, pricing strategies, and policy research

• Proficiency in STATA/R, Excel, and data visualization tools

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse stakeholders

• Track record in business development and team growth
