Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preference will be given to those are having Degrees in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters of woven denim top/bottom garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Follow up to ensure product quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on-time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Maintain AQL standard in all levels of the production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of the quality department.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement & capable to handle buying house regarding quality.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plans analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Fabric receiving record, inspection, shade, GSM, blanked/mat, shrinkage report check.
∎ Size set making time information, before wash and after wash & report pattern size correction.
∎ Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality procedures.
∎ He must have ideas about effective communication for accessories, making liaison with Merchandising Team about production, undertakes all formalities about quality control and factory production management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Hardworking and willing to work long hours.
∎ Through knowledge in SOP's, Zero Defect and Product safety requirement.
∎ Work with internal Production, merchandising teams and Suppliers to communicate and ensure Buyer's quality requirements.
