Garment Quality, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), Sound knowledge of Denim Wash, woven Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality Head has to maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product;
∎ He will look for ways of improving existing QMS as to exceed expectations of the customer;
∎ He will ensure that buyer's specifications are properly understood;
∎ He will ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ He will ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ He will ensure that all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality & quantity;
∎ He will ensure that Traffic Light Chart system of in-line inspection system is installed & working;
∎ He will install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect;
∎ He will ensure that all of his personnel are continuously trained on their topics;
∎ He will plan for year-wise improvement of quality;
∎ He will prepare a quality manual for the company so that company's quality policy & procedures are
∎ known to all and implemented at all levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge of Denim garments production and wash.
∎ Very good knowledge in quality control inspection in denim garment industry.
∎ Should have experience of working with catalog buyer.
∎ Basic concept of quality, quality control and inspection in apparel industry
∎ Statistical quality control in apparel industry.
∎ Quality control system in garments industry.
∎ Buyer inspection system in apparel industry.
∎ Methods to control fabric/finished goods quality.
∎ Quality control for the apparel industry (domestic/export).
∎ Very good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Fluent in English communication both written and spoken.
∎ Very good at reporting.
