Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s quality control policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead and manage the QC team.
Align QC strategies with industry standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with R&D and production for corrective actions and design improvements.
Define roles, provide training, set performance targets, and conduct regular reviews.
Foster a quality-first mindset across the production and R&D teams.
Monitor in-process quality checks during manufacturing (e.g., SMT, assembly).
Supervise final product inspection and testing (functionality, safety, and compliance).
Ensure products comply with regulatory and safety standards.
