Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control the quality of products by carrying out PP meetings, in-line in the factory to ensure that the products meet as per standard of respective Buyers.
∎ Troubleshooting required to daily operational activities.
∎ Ensure merchandise delivery on time.
∎ Update daily production status to concern team.
∎ To ensure product quality as per buyer / company requirement.
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, finishing & other related
∎ departments.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per Buyers quality standard.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan, analyzing the problem and
∎ solve the quality issues & innovatively establish zero defect in the factories.
∎ Ensure all QA staffs in factories are trained on any new procedure/ requirement
∎ as advised by the company.
∎ To ensure and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implement in
∎ production floor for achieving best quality.
∎ Closely work with the production team and provide the guidance to ensure
∎ production quality.
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes root cause and take corrective
∎ actions for rectification.
∎ Reduce rejection/ Reworks rate.
∎ Ensuring technical compliance in quality requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience of Woven and Knit.
∎ Able to conduct pre-production meetings.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Good machinery knowledge.
∎ Good Team spirit
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good understanding of manufacturing process in garment field
∎ Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
∎ Must have basic computer skills and comfortable with mobile emailing.
