The Head of Privilege Banking will lead MTB’s Privilege Banking function, which serves high net worth clients. The role is responsible for proposition development, portfolio growth, service quality, and governance across Privilege Centers.
Provide overall supervision of the Privilege Banking program and drive annual business targets.
Develop and introduce new propositions for Privilege clients to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Support Privilege Centers in acquiring new clients and growing portfolio value.
Allocate / assign client portfolios across different Privilege Centers.
Lead due diligence exercises on Privilege clients and manage audits of the Privilege Banking function.
Monitor and track performance of Privilege Relationship Managers, Customer Managers, and the overall Privilege Banking portfolio.
Lead, manage, and monitor partnership alliances relevant to Privilege Banking.
