Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain quality production according to production plan and on schedule.
∎ Resolve technical problem during printing production.
∎ Follow up the production, sample, expose, color mixing with recipe system & finishing.
∎ Will be responsible for screen/ Chest printing production.
∎ Having good knowledge about printing IE & Planning.
∎ Having good knowledge of table & machine printing.
∎ Having vast knowledge of printing like Rubber, Glitter, Flock Lamination, Sublimation, Photo Print, High Density, Foil, Pigment, Digital Print, Discharge, etc.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
