Core responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with external partners and advertisers. This involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the implementation and performance of these partnerships to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Developed and maintained knowledge of international food markets, trends, and networks to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Relationships with vendors (restaurants, shops) ensuring smooth operations and support. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and managing delivery riders. Ensuring efficient delivery processes, managing the logistics department, and optimizing delivery networks.
- Provides services to corporate clients, offering meal allowances, subscriptions, and catering for events. Focus on expanding the corporate business, forging new partnerships, and identifying revenue opportunities. Conduct marketing campaigns, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in various areas. Encourage employees to take ownership of projects and foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving. Provide tailored training programs for high-performing individuals to prepare them for leadership roles.
- Providing customer support and resolving issues related to orders and deliveries. Ensuring the quality of leads, calls, and overall service delivery. Preparing reports and analyzing data to support decision-making and performance management.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Overseeing advertising budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-efficiency. Managing and mentoring advertising teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance. Leading the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies. Ensuring that all advertising efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive efforts. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform advertising strategies.
