Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Café Amazon outlets in Bangladesh
∎ Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
∎ Lead and mentor store managers and staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
∎ Develop SOPs, staff training programs, and quality control protocols
∎ Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and franchise development teams
∎ Monitor P&L, optimize cost-efficiency, and ensure target achievement
∎ Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
∎ Drive new store openings and contribute to strategic expansion planning
