  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for market and product expansion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Wholesale & Retail Operations Management :

  1. Manage the wholesale team across Bangladesh for all the regions.
  2. Oversee and expand the retail store operations extensively.
  3. Onboard more wholesale & retail clients.

Sales Team and Sales Revenue Management:

  1. Oversee and manage the sales team across Bangladesh.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach to the entire country.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets for regional and national accounts.

Procurement Management:

  1. Manage procurement processes for regional wholesale accounts.
  2. Oversee procurement for retail account management, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

Decision Analytics for Procurement:

  1. Utilize data analytics to make informed procurement decisions.
  2. Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  3. Identify & develop more fast moving products

New Product Development:

  1. Lead initiatives for new product development to expand product offerings.
  2. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for product and market expansion.

Credit Management:

  1. Assess and manage credit risk for the company.
  2. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and manage the creditworthiness of customers and clients.

Team Management:

  1. Manage and lead teams responsible for logistics, supply chain, sales, and data analytics.
  2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
