Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to execute marketing and operation related all activities of the company effectively and efficiently.
∎ The candidate will lead the sales and marketing team and ensure obtaining of monthly orders as per the set target of the company.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends. Studying products and services of the competitors.
∎ Forecasting sales, revenue and prepare budget with proper planning and execution.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with existing and potential clients.
∎ Managing daily office operation. Proper knowledge in Computer and Internet.
∎ Need to work closely and report daily to MD or DMD.
∎ Planning and Organizing meetings with the company board & advertisement clients.
∎ A responsible supervisor capable of empowering staff.
∎ Developing strategic logistics plans and assessing logistics performance, aligning processes, resource-planning, and achieving logistical goals.
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of preparing various types of analytical reports as per management requirements.
∎ Other task assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 10 yrs. of experience in Marketing & Operation area in consumers product, Electrical products out of which 5 yrs. in managerial position.
∎ Should have proven leadership and coordination skills
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated and result oriented
∎ Should have experience MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel etc).
∎ Knowledge on e-commerce would be preferable.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
