Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Head of Operations for the Accessories and Packaging Unit plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the business within the highly competitive RMG industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational and financial background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships. The candidate must have a proven track record in scaling operations, implementing growth strategies, and delivering measurable results.

∎ Oversee and lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the accessories and packaging unit to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
∎ Establish, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting B2B clients, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
∎ Forge and maintain strategic relationships with industry decision-makers, clients, vendors, and business stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to co-pitch high-value opportunities and ensure a customer-centric approach.
∎ Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends within the RMG industry.
∎ Explore new business avenues, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market presence.
∎ Design and implement Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Provide timely, accurate reports on operational and financial performance, highlighting challenges and opportunities.
∎ Develop and enhance operational infrastructures, systems, and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Lead data-driven decision-making through the analysis of sales performance, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
∎ Motivate, mentor, and manage employees at all levels, fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and performance management.
∎ Act as the key liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication from proposal to final delivery.
∎ Drive customer satisfaction by working with brand strategy teams to deliver engaging materials for client acquisition and retention.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with clients, investors, banks, and other business partners to drive growth and innovation.
