∎ Graduate / Post Graduate (science background will be advantageous)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the fast-growing diagnostic business of Labaid Group with high degree of business acumen.
∎ Lead the strategic planning (of min 5 years) process setting the targets for whole Business as well each Center, and regularly update the targets.
∎ Ensure achievement of both top-line and bottom-line targets of Labaid Diagnostic as a whole and of each individual Center.
∎ Lead the marketing planning and execution process for the whole organization.
∎ Recruitment and retention of Consultants (with potential) by relationship management.
∎ Constantly monitor and ensure quality of sales and patient satisfaction at Center- level as well as Executive-level.
∎ With the support of HR & Training team, ensure the optimum composition and development of the teams, resources and skills.
∎ Lead the periodic (quarterly) efficiency drive ensuring lean operation and constant improvement in efficiency.
∎ With the support of Bio-medical Engineering and Asset Management teams, ensure business potentials of the capital assets are achieved. Also, plan future acquisition of resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Entrepreneurial mindset
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ An excellent communicator and orator in both English and Bengali
∎ Minimum 15 years with min. 5 years in the role of - MD, CEO, COO or Head of Operations.
∎ Proven business leader with experience of running a business (preferably, healthcare or pharma) of more than 100 Crore yearly turnover
∎ Can appreciate the benefit of technology and productivity tools in daily business.
