∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering- Yarn
∎ M.Sc in Textile Engineering- Yarn (Preferable)
∎ MBA In Marketing/Textiles (Preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Spinning Industry, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Identify, Develop & Evaluate various Marketing strategy based on market characteristics, cost& markup factors and seasonal variations.
∎ To set relevant Sales target for team and individuals and monitor the achievements while motivating and controlling the sales team's actions.
∎ To follow-up with daily stock and delivery status.
∎ To monitor and close follow-up with commercial team on Party Acceptance, Bank maturity/Acceptance, LC Collection & Payment collection.
∎ To collect market data (competitor) and re structure the strategy and align sales efforts accordingly & report to management.
∎ To develop new markets and also retain the existing.
∎ To maintain customer relation visit them periodically and also enlarge present sales volume.
∎ To resolve all queries in a timely manner.
∎ To attended client complaint (if any) with heartiest approach and provided solutions as soon as possible.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 Years of which 10 years as Head of Marketing & Sales.
∎ Have to have experience in Spinning mill.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring & Rotor spinning of 100% Cotton.
∎ Should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern Marketing & Sales skills
