Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up effective sales strategy.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plan, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Develop and lead a highly qualified sales team and strengthen business activities.
∎ Developing annual sales plan and achieve sales target as per plan.
∎ Work with HR to develop and maintain a highly motivated sales staff.
∎ Meet the company's revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Will be responsible for develops strategic sales and marketing objectives. As a Head of Sales and Marketing established sales, quotas, sales policy, develop marketing programs, advertising management, event support, online and offline promotions, create functional strategies and specific objects for sub functions and develops, managers' budget, and evaluate sales performance.
∎ Overseeing, formulating and developing marketing campaigns along with business development.
∎ Manage brand positioning through maintaining liaison with agencies, promotional materials and publications, press releases and different promotional activities.
∎ Develop marketing plan and event roadmap for the company in line with consumer market.
∎ Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ Organize required print, electronic and social media.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers/ stakeholders/ companies.

∎ Age 38 to 45 years
