Responsibilities & Context:

Information Technology Operation & Management

  • Oversee all ICT operations like system infra, ERP Oracle EBS, other apps.

  •  Analyze IT requirements to develop tech solutions & frameworks for better business
    goals.

  • Coordinating vendors for various IT project, ERP implement & IT procurements.

  • Re-engineering IT operation for quick, effective resolution for better support to business.

  • Develop & ensure security policies & procedures to protect the company`s digital info.

  • Managed Firewall, Routers, Switches, IP PABX & MS Email Solutions.

  • Supervising 4 members of IT team, provide technical guidance & evaluate performance.

  • Design & implement IT policies, operation process to support the company strategies.

  • Prepared & control budget, report on expenditure based on CapEx & OpEx,

  • UI/UX Design, Software Architect/Functionality Design.

  • Manager Software Developer Remote Team

  • Cloud Server Management

  • Email Server Management

  • ERP, CRM, and digital systems, along with solutions.

  • IT expenses, procurement needs, and vendor performance.

  • Provide status updates on data security, backups, and compliance checks.

  • Escalate critical system issues, server downtime, or cyber risks immediately.

  • Weekly and monthly IT performance Follow-up (system uptime, network status, ERP usage, security updates).

  • New technologies or upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Maintain transparency on how IT supports sales, digital marketing, and business operations.

Strategic Planning for Digital Marketing

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects.

  • Develop geo-targeted campaigns focusing on high-potential locations and buyer demographics.

  • Plan and manage the annual/quarterly digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Create and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and property portals for quality lead generation.

  • Develop retargeting strategies to nurture prospects until conversion.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.

Content & Creative Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of Website property listings, brochures, virtual tours, video ads, and Blog Publishing.

  • Develop storytelling content highlighting project features, lifestyle benefits, and investment potential. And Communication with Media Team for Video Content.

  • Ensure all content 

  • The brand identity and project positioning.

Website Data

  • Manage company websites, ensuring they are SEO-friendly, mobile-responsive,

  • Create dedicated landing pages for new projects with strong call-to-actions and inquiry forms.

Social Media & Online Presence

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X etc.

  • Plan regular posting schedules (static, motion, video, reels, testimonials, and other necessary sessions).

  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews to build trust and engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM dashboards.

  • Track KPIs like cost per lead (CPL), lead-to-site-visit ratio, and conversion rates.

  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor campaigns, and buyer behavior.

Team & Collaboration

  • Lead a small team of IT & digital marketing executives, content creators, and designers.

  • Work closely with IT, sales, media, design, and branding teams to ensure unified marketing efforts.

  • Manage relationships with external digital agencies or property listing platforms.
