∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Msc in computer science / Computer science & Engineering / Information Technology from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to support software customization .
∎ Deal with design and effective in intregrated software system in a company preferrably none life insurance.
∎ Ability to generate customize report as per the requirment of the managment.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
∎ Manage IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
∎ IT audit systems and assess their outcomes
∎ Preserve assets, information security and control structures
∎ Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications
∎ Identifying and implementing ways to increase productivity and efficiency in the workplace by using new technologies
∎ Monitoring employees' computer use to ensure that they are following company policies regarding Internet usage or software installation
∎ Providing information technology support for an organization's computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
∎ Working with management to create a strategic plan for using new technologies to improve operations within the organization
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure that they are using the latest technology tools.
∎ Should have skill in internet and other kind of internet facilities.
∎ Maintain and Configure Router & any kind of Wi-Fi router/switch & LAN.
∎ CCTV operation and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosing and fixing network problems.
∎ Knowledge on network fundamentals, general network/ device configuration
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT software and equipment.
∎ Internal server, Network management, end user support and existing software administration.
∎ Managed control protocols for LAN/WAN infrastructure. Ensured proper DNS, IP, Firewall, VPN and configuration, local server & Networks.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Strong leadership skills focusing operation management with excellent multidisciplinary knowledge.
