Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Post-Graduation from reputed universities with no Third Division/Class
∎ CA/ CMA/ CFA or equivalent Professional Degree will be preferred
∎ Minimum 14 years of experience in reputed banks with 5 to 7 years’ experience in related field
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line centralized banking environment is preferable
∎ Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Strong knowledge of Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, AML Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, respective job related Laws and acts, etc.
∎ Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people
∎ Excellent business communication and interpersonal relationship Skills
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identification and assessment of risk and advocating Management in risk control and mitigation by providing value adding recommendations
∎ Developing and implementing Audit and AML policies, practices, procedures and controls implemented by the Bank
∎ Coordinating and monitoring day to day compliance with applicable money laundering laws, rules and regulations
∎ Ensuring adequacy and effectiveness of Risk Management System of the Bank
∎ Need-based interaction with the various regulators
∎ Managing and sharing significant financial, managerial and operational information in accurate, reliable and timely manner
∎ Fostering the quality and continuous improvement in the Bank's control process
∎ Appropriate recognition and addressing of legislative and regulatory issues impacting the Bank
∎ To introduce new policy or recommend revision of the existing policy as and when required
∎ Leading, coaching and managing people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
