• Diploma in Architecture
• North South University,The University of Asia Pacific,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• 10 to 18 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 28 to 55 years

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Expertise in BOQ preparation and budget control
• Client handling and project negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must have the mentality and willingness to visit project sites outside Dhaka when required

• Lead and manage the entire Interior Design Department from concept development to project handover

• Create innovative and functional design strategies for residential, commercial, and corporate spaces

• Supervise the design team and ensure delivery of high-quality work within deadlines

• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation

• Review and finalize working drawings, 2D/3D visualizations, materials, and specifications

• Prepare, review, and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates

• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards
