Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Legal issues, Performance Career Management, PMS (KPI), Recruitment Selection, Talent Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, KPI management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all HR activities are in line with Group business objectives.
∎ Culture Building in line with core values.
∎ To attract and retain the "appropriate talent" as Group needs and to employ them "fittingly" to ensure the best output.
∎ Drive effective performance management process and initiatives that will ensure accountability and business success are achieved & sustained.
∎ To develop & implement different portfolio of trainings i.e. on-the-job, off-the-job, overseas, cross-functional etc. in order to minimize the competency gaps.
∎ Creating & aligning the HR Strategy to Group Strategy.
∎ Organization Structuring and Planning.
∎ Employee Engagement.
∎ Talent Acquisition, Management & Development.
∎ Remuneration & Rewards Management.
∎ Industrial& Health Care Relations Strategy & Management for the Manufacturing Locations.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for designing & developing HR policies, processes and practices for the Group Business. The member would also be expected to play an institutional role in processes across the Group depending on functional / domain expertise.
∎ General Administration for organizational success.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conceptually sound.
∎ Strong grounding in HR Principles and practices.
∎ Domain Knowledge of key HR processes with specialization in at least one HR area e.g. Recruitment, Remuneration & Rewards or Learning & Development.
∎ Strong Systems and Process orientation.
∎ Planning & Execution Skills
∎ Communication Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills - ability to relate with people
∎ Influencing Skills. High on Initiative & Advocacy to drive HR processes across the Business group.
