Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Franchise Sales & Expansion TARGET
∎ Plan, Budget and Execute Sales for Franchise Business Expansion
∎ Ability to develop Franchisee Business Plan as a separate PROFIT CENTER
∎ Ensure Profitability for the Franchise Channel
∎ Ensure growth of each Franchise year to year
∎ Train & Develop the Franchise people on product and business
∎ Plan & Execute various kinds of Marketing activities
∎ Handle legal issues
∎ Ensure product availability & on time delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands on experience from root level in Sales with a minimum 12-15 years of experience in Franchise Business/ Retail Sales/ FMCG.
∎ High level of Strong Leadership Skills to develop a very Strong and Aggressive Business Team
∎ Patience for frequent traveling
Salary: Negotiable
