Educational Requirements:
∎ Strong academic background: Bachelor/ Master's Degree from a reputed public/ private university
∎ 10 plus years' experience at least, preferably in school marketing events.
∎ Contextual experience in education counseling or marketing desirable

∎ Located 40 miles north of Dhaka, Haileybury Bhaluka will have its inaugural batch of students joining in August 2023.
∎ We are seeking an experienced Head of Events and aspiring candidates are invited to apply and be a part of BSL and Haileybury family.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
∎ Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics such as venue, catering, travel etc.
∎ Liaise with marketing team to publicize and promote the event
∎ Manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs
∎ Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
∎ Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings
∎ Organize facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media
∎ Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed
∎ Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
∎ Research opportunities for new clients and events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Self-starter who can meet ambitious admissions targets
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ High level IT skills
∎ Strong communication skills: high proficiency in written and spoken English
