Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree preferably in Computer Science & Engineering or Information technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning, Developing, Implementing and Managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system’s life-cycle for Aarong and Ayesha Abed Foundation
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to support new technologies and business needs of Aarong and Ayesha Abed Foundation
∎ Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for building & modernizing Enterprise Applications like ERP in alignment with Business Plan
∎ Drive analysis and exploration in finding new IT solutions and optimization opportunities to support enterprise business growth
∎ Plan for platform scalability in line with business growth and ensure technology readiness to cater the business growth
∎ Ensure service availability as well as efficient management of ERP and other solutions and services keeping focus on cost efficiency without impacting service quality
∎ Preparation and management of budget & business plan for the respective domain in accordance with the enterprise business plan to achieve Technology objectives
∎ Negotiate with the vendors and business partners to secure best technology solutions for Aarong and Ayesha Abed Foundation at optimum price
∎ Identify training requirements to develop team skill and facilitate the same, manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields, including 4 to 6 years of experience in a managerial role leading large enterprise applications portfolio including ERP
∎ Must have extensive knowledge on ERP and other Enterprise Applications
∎ Knowledge of application architecture, database architecture, and infrastructure solutions
∎ Conversant in information security-related issues along with solutions
∎ Updated with modern technology trends in relevant domains (Cloud, AI, ML, Microservice architecture, Containerization)
∎ Expertise in manage (Development, Implementation, Operations) any large-scale ERP applications including hands-on experience of any leading vendor product
∎ Understanding of IT Project Management (PMP/Prince2/Agile), IT Service Management (ITIL framework) and IT solution procurement (SOW preparation, vendor and solution evaluation)
∎ Good Leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
