Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To quickly and responsibly build a profitable and sustainable e-commerce business that will
∎ • Build up the Full E-commerce solution which includes the website, Channels, operation, people's needs, etc in order to compete effectively with similar stores in Bangladesh and aggressively penetrate the E-commerce industry.
∎ • Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
∎ • Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.
∎ • Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.
∎ • Develop and manage supply chains to ensure continuity and maintain margins.
∎ • Recruit, manage, and develop personnel to support business growth.
∎ • Develop a culture of success and employee satisfaction.
∎ • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
∎ • Develop and oversee the effective planning, QC & QA and execution of content across The websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing
∎ • Provide expertise on current E-Commerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-commerce principles are incorporated
∎ • Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
∎ • Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ • Meet revenue and profit targets
∎ • Increasing web traffic and driving online sales and re-strategizing all digital channel management
∎ • Creating huge growth in customers, sales, and satisfaction.
∎ • Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ • Setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns
∎ • Managing website analytics tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
∎ • Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance and digital brand marketing of the E-commerce platform
∎ • Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Deep knowledge of Ecommerce product flow and web store performance optimization
∎ • Experience developing and managing trade budgets
∎ • Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised
∎ • Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ • Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
∎ • Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes.
∎ • Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.
∎ • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner
∎ • MUST HAVE Experience with any E-commerce Platforms like Daraz/Chaldal/Shohoz/Othoba, etc.
∎ • MUST HAVE: Microsoft Excel extraordinaire including pivot tables
∎ • MUST HAVE: Experience managing multiple warehouses and offshore teams
∎ • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
∎ • Direct management experience, including an offshore team, in an e-commerce, retail, distribution, or logistics environment
∎ • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies
∎ • Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands.
∎ • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in a stressful situation
∎ • Track record of effectively leading an operation comprising staff of at least 50
∎ • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop others into higher levels of leadership in an organization
