Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with ACI's business goals.
∎ Identify and capitalize on emerging digital sales opportunities across ecommerce, marketplace platforms, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
∎ Drive online sales growth through innovative digital campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
∎ Conduct regular CX audits to evaluate the digital shopping experience, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
∎ Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all digital touchpoints.
∎ Ensure seamless omnichannel experiences (mobile, web, app, social commerce).
∎ Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize digital sales performance.
∎ Monitor and improve key CX performance indicators (KPIs)
∎ Analyze current expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or customer satisfaction
∎ Implement best practices in cost management to ensure financial sustainability.
∎ Promote cost-consciousness across all levels of the organization, encouraging employees to identify and act on cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Design and implement scalable processes and systems to support business expansion.
