Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop an operational strategy for Devices unit including objectives and timelines for development of bundled products based on aforementioned opportunities and market needs.
∎ Lead and implement group & Opco device strategy to be pioneer in the market place
∎ Liaise with different device manufacturers to keep abreast to bring new digital products to market to meet customer need.
∎ Identify & negotiate to exploit co-branding opportunities with the device manufacturers to bring next disruptive product to enhance customer digital life.
∎ Develop and implement new initiatives on Handset Financing that impacts growth in 4G data revenue and retention of subscribers by managing overall customer experience.
∎ Prepare device selection, procurement collection, payment and distribution models and supervise their implementation.
∎ Drive and monitor execution of the devices roadmap and set strategy regarding the positioning and pricing of launched device.
∎ Collaborate with different sales wings B2C, B2B teams to bring onboard for selling devices through respective channel.
∎ Maintain regular interaction with key Device manufacturers to develop sustainable relationships and establish partnerships to remain ahead of competition.
∎ Work on their product roadmaps and future product lines of device manufacturers to bring next disruptive product to our customers.
∎ Lead campaign management team to prepare next disruptive product/service offerings and to coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders for launching.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing- PR & Communication team to design ATL & BTL campaigns to promote bundle product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of total experience inclusive of at least 3-4 year's relevant experience in leadership/senior position
∎ Required Capabilities- Understanding of the key trends, emerging technologies and communication in today's mobile communications landscape
∎ Should have a clear understanding of the device landscape & ecosystem of the telecom industry, commercial models, and technology in order to drive monetization efforts for device in different market and customer segments.
∎ Understand of basic legal element from the state regulators of the operating country and contract structures in product partnerships.
∎ Leadership - leading at least 2-3 members of team
