Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for looking after the recruitment of Financial Associates to Regional Co-ordinator as per IDRA's regulation.
∎ Responsible for approving the commission bill/ release of Financial Associates to Regional Co-coordinator.
∎ Responsible for renewal of Financial Associates licence as per IDRA's regulation and co-ordinate with IDRA to renew the licence of Financial Associates.
∎ Look after the licence related, A/C documentations approval and authorization in co-ordination with IDRA.
∎ Responsible for yearly business target fixation, achievement monitoring & business development.
∎ Will motivate the field officer and conduct training department program.
∎ Responsible for maintaining files and documents of all the employee of recruited department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience : LIfe Insurance Company
∎ Hard working, proactive & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer literacy.
