Experience:

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Extra points if you have RHCE, cPanel, Proxmox, or Cloud Security certificates.

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Group of Companies

• Age 28 to 35 years

• 4-6 years of work in hosting, VPS, or cloud tech.

• Minimum 2+ years in a team lead or manager role.

Skills Needed:

• Must know how to work with:Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, AlmaLinux)

• WHM/cPanel, DirectAdmin

• Firewalls and server hardening

• Proxmox VE, VirtFusion, KVM

• DNS, mail servers (like Postfix, Exim, Dovecot), and backups

• RDP and Windows Server

You must also:

• Be good at managing large hosting systems

• Think fast and solve problems

• Lead a team and speak clearly

• Lead and manage all hosting, VPS, RDP, and cloud services.

• Supervise the tech team to make sure services stay live (99.9% uptime).

• Set up and upgrade servers. Plan how to grow systems when needed.

• Create backup and disaster recovery plans to protect all data.

• Secure all servers using firewalls and safety rules.

• Use and manage Proxmox, VirtFusion, and KVM platforms.

• Run and fix WHM/cPanel, DNS settings, email servers, and control panels.

• Set up monitoring, logs, and alerts for servers.

• Work with sales and support to make service better.

• Find and use new tools to improve speed and safety.

• Solve big tech issues and lead during outages.
