∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage day-to-day customer activities and keep up their satisfaction at an optimum level.
∎ Leading a team of spirited individuals to achieve business activities.
∎ Ensure outstanding service to the clients by changing working drawings as per their requirements as additional work.
∎ Develop, improve and implement customer service processes and procedures.
∎ Work as a cross-functional leader liaising with customers to ensure faultless service to the customers.
∎ Analyze customer service training programs, implement and deliver new applicable modules Requirements.
∎ Solve any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification, and optional works.
∎ Coordinate and supervise project works to monitor and ensure the proper modification per the client's requirement.
∎ Coordinate with the Architect, Construction Engineer, and Structural Engineer to convey the observations or comments of the clients on the products.
∎ Communicate with the Construction and Design Department to maintain the quality of work as the clients recommended.
∎ Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure the quality of the major construction materials such as steel, cement, bricks, sand, etc., considering the clients' views.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skill
∎ Problem solving skill using innovation and ingenuity
∎ Attention to details
∎ Coordination with stakeholders
