∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers' requirements.
∎ Should have good knowledge of products, samples, fabrics, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.

∎ Candidates must be smart, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are a must.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ The applicants that have experience in the following area(s) are preferable: Customer Care, Corporate Marketing, Brand Planning and Business Development.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent is responsible for independently taking care of all facets of assigned sampling functions involving all types of garment accessories (Tag & Label especially).
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing innovative merchandise identification products that consistently and continually meet or exceed defined requirements for product quality and customer support.
∎ Ensure immediate and innovative responses to customers as well as provide a vision and a model for satisfying them.
∎ Work towards developing service standards and strategies, which would be the company's competitive advantage.
∎ Ensure customer's standard requirements in terms of delivery, samples and orders are duly recorded by the respective customer service or PD staff and passed down to the respective departments.
∎ Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
∎ Acknowledging the product orders from customers and coordinating with functional teams to process the orders.
∎ Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
∎ Build and sustain good working relationships with our customers through a constant process of discussion and negotiation enabling the organization to establish a reliable, quality-conscious, customer-oriented vendor base.
