Education:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation/ Post graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed public or private university. Graduates with CGPA 3.50 and above will be given preference.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Previous working experience in a customer support role.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skill.
∎ Having an American accent will get preference
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound international calls in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
