∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

∎ Manage the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance.
∎ Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails promptly.
∎ Maintain an updated contact directory and ensure all communications are logged and directed appropriately.
∎ Coordinate visitor management by maintaining a register, issuing visitor passes and notifying relevant departments of their arrival.
∎ Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
∎ Assist in clerical duties, including maintaining records, filing documents and scheduling appointments.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, ensuring timely distribution.
∎ Maintain records of courier deliveries for reference.
∎ Monitor and manage front desk supplies like ID cards and passes.
∎ Notify administration about requirements or shortages.
∎ Coordinate with security personnel for visitor clearance and safety.
