Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring their performance aligns with company goals and standards.
Plan and coordinate plumbing projects within real estate developments, including new construction, renovations, and repairs.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems.
Monitor the quality of workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with building codes and standards.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to residents and tenants.
Source and procure plumbing materials, tools, and equipment required for projects, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of plumbing activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance reports.
Conduct regular training sessions for plumbers to enhance their skills, safety awareness, and knowledge of new plumbing technologies.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in plumbing systems and equipment.
