• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring their performance aligns with company goals and standards.

• Plan and coordinate plumbing projects within real estate developments, including new construction, renovations, and repairs.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems.

• Monitor the quality of workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with building codes and standards.

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to residents and tenants.

• Source and procure plumbing materials, tools, and equipment required for projects, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of plumbing activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance reports.
