∎ Knowledge about helpdesk work
∎ Basic computer knowledge on MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Knowledge about International Tele-Conference system connection.
∎ Knowledge on telecom operating systems.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill
∎ Customer service skill.
∎ Ability to speak English over the Telephone.
∎ Able to receive and dial international & local calls
∎ Co-operative with teamwork ability
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to all Head Office staff for all Incoming & Outgoing PABX /phone calls.
∎ Answer incoming calls and provide callers with the requested information.
∎ Handle callers’ inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
∎ Transfer call to the appropriate personnel or department.
∎ Take messages and forward them to respective person or department.
∎ Maintain record of incoming and outgoing calls and prepare reports as per departmental requirements.
∎ Maintain liaison with all helpdesk staff and provide them necessary support to establish smooth telecommunication.
∎ Any other task assigned by authorities.
