∎ Experience working in a tele sales, call center or customer-support role
∎ Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
∎ Strong communication, both written and verbal

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls.
∎ Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the company’s existing product suite, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
∎ Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using call-center database.
∎ Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies.
∎ Conduct user surveys, contact with vendors and service providers as and when required.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Morning duty: 7:00 am to 2:00 PM
∎ Evening duty: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
∎ Night duty: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
