Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ কাস্টমারকে সন্তুষ্ট রাখার জন্য সব কলাকৌশল জানতে হবে।
∎ গ্রাহককে সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ দক্ষ কর্মীকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।ভদ্রতা এবং ধৈর্যশীলতার সাথে গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের জবাব দেওয়া।
∎ সুন্দর করে ও শুদ্ধভাবে কথা বলতে জানতে হবে।স্মার্টফোন থাকতে হবে এবং এর ব্যবহার জানতে হবে।
∎ ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ কাস্টমারকে সন্তুষ্ট রাখার জন্য সব কলাকৌশল জানতে হবে।
∎ গ্রাহককে সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ দক্ষ কর্মীকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।ভদ্রতা এবং ধৈর্যশীলতার সাথে গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের জবাব দেওয়া।
∎ সুন্দর করে ও শুদ্ধভাবে কথা বলতে জানতে হবে।স্মার্টফোন থাকতে হবে এবং এর ব্যবহার জানতে হবে।
