∎ Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Resolve customer complaints, process orders, and provide product-related information.
∎ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure prompt issue resolution.
∎ Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
∎ Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements for better service.
∎ Assist in developing customer retention strategies and promotional activities.
