Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree from a reputed university in any discipline. Preferably in business background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 10 (ten) years of relevant experience in a NBFI/Bank out of which at least 3 years in CRM or Credit Appraisal.
∎ Must have extensive experience and adequate knowledge in Corporate, SME & Retail Financing, Credit Risk Factors, Policy and Guidelines, industry and market dynamics.
∎ Should have experience in appraising credit proposal incorporating all the information e.g. borrowers business, analysis of financial performance & transaction behavior of the borrower, risk factors, risk grading, structuring of facility documents required etc. and timely submission of credit proposal to CRM/Credit Committee/Executive Committee/Board for approval.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge in preparing various returns/ reports related to the credit facility extended by NBFI.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, AML Act, Negotiable Instrument Act and Regulatory Guidelines etc.
∎ Age not exceeding forty five years (45) as on 31 October 2022. In case of experienced candidate Educational qualification & Age is relaxable.
