Educational Requirements:
∎ FCA/FCMA.
∎ BBA & MBA major in Accounting/ Finance from reputed institution.
∎ CFA will be an advantage.
∎ 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals/ FMCG/ Automobiles industry is preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA,FCMA,CFA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): capital market related laws, control and reporting, Corporate Finance and Audit, Financial management, IASs, IFRSs GAAP, Investment analysis techniques, Taxation laws
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions;
∎ To maintain liaison with the Businesses in connection with matters related to changes in policy, procedure, system and method of Accounting, Finance and General Business Processing of the Group;
∎ To supervise Financial Reporting & Budgeting Process and coordinate preparation of Annual Report of the Group;
∎ To ensure external reporting of all business units including consolidation in compliance with IASs, IFRSs and other related laws and regulations;
∎ To assist Finance Director in Tax and VAT planning & management and overall compliance by the Group.
∎ To coordinate the work related to capital raising through various modes like IPO, Rights Issue, Bond Issue etc. from capital markets;
∎ To handle the core jobs related to fund raising through Private Equity, Bond Issue, Preference Shares etc. from International Investors and Development Agencies;
∎ To facilitate financial, analytical or statistical reports for use by the Management as and when required;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Good knowledge in-
∎ Corporate Finance
∎ Financial management, control and reporting.
∎ IASs, IFRSs & GAAP
∎ Group's policies, SOP, guidelines, Rules etc.
∎ Taxation laws, capital market related laws and other related corporate laws & regulations;
∎ Investment analysis techniques
