Qualifications:

• Candidate should have experience in Construction Project Management

• Previous work experience in Gulshan, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Uttara, Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur and other areas inside Dhaka.

• Hard worker, willing to work under pressure.

• Skills: Proficient in Autodesk, 3Ds max, AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to project managers, architects, and other construction professionals.

• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients, management, and contractors.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal regulations, risk management, and safety standards.

• Prepare and manage budgets, bids, and contracts.

• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.

• Enhance operational procedures to improve overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
