Educational Requirements:
∎ •Bachelor of Business Administration, preferable in marketing major.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate overall B2C channel plan and strategy for the company in collaboration with B2C and Commercial management
∎ Develop retail channel strategy in line with B2C Business plan
∎ Guide team to effectively implement Retail channel plan, Channel Loyalty & Life Cycle Plan in line with company strategy to ensure achievement of company objectives
∎ Guide team to Plan and implement channel rewards structure to keep channel motivated
∎ Develop and execute competitive channel reward scheme to achieve sustainable competitive edge
∎ Engage with other commercial verticals to formulate sales/channel drive plans, follow up team in execution of channel reward disbursement
∎ Analyze competitions' move and reward structure to find out the improvement areas and recommend way forward
∎ Guide team to complete post campaign evaluation and suggest way forward in benchmarking and evaluation of own and competition campaigns and commission schemes
∎ Ensure team performance through Motivating & develop team through continuous coaching, mentoring & training
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years in relevant field in a multinational or telecom operator
∎ Required Capabilities- Strong knowledge on development of strategies to respond to broad scale and long-term view of challenges
∎ Sound knowledge on financial resources allocation in different activities and projects to make a plan & budget
∎ Sound knowledge on competitive environment in telecommunication industry
∎ Thorough understanding and on hand experience of channel operations and channel reward scheme execution
∎ Sound knowledge on survey method and techniques
∎ Strong business acumen on current industry trends and innovations
