Job Context:
∎ The position requires strong experience in running full operation of Electronics Retail Chain which includes Retail and B2B/Corporate. Specific areas of experience should include managing sales team, store development, store productivity, customer acquisition, direct marketing and omnichannel process management.
∎ Facilitate Marketing Department for Category Management and Promotional Campaign Design & Management. Facilitate Demand Management with Supply Chain Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of Transcom Digital (Retail & B2B/ Corporate).
∎ Act as a Brand Marketing Owner of "Transcom Digital", the Retail Chain for Electronics.
∎ Achieve the sales target regarding Product Volume and Value, Brand and category wise sales.
∎ Meet the Expected sales volume for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; competition, supply, and demand.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by analyzing Customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
∎ Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Ensure SKU Optimization or Product Rationalization process to determine if a particular product should be kept or discontinued. So, the company can reduce inventory costs and cut down on complexities in procurement, production and distribution processes."
∎ Creates a monitoring line to ensure stock of showroom for both retail points
∎ Ensure retail sales point merchandising and coordination for minimizing issues
∎ Ensure retail sales point marketing communication as per planning and coordination for minimizing issues.
∎ Ensure sales productivity and GM for achieving the overall growth of the company.
∎ Ensure to generate Top Line & Bottom Line of Transcom Digital by increasing overall sales productivity.
∎ To strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Need to setup sales employee goal & SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).
∎ Ensures & Monitors nationwide sales & collection activities.
